How Our Pricing Works

Our Vehicle & Pricing Explained

Our Vehicle — 3.5-Tonne Ford Transit Tipper Van

We operate a medium-wheelbase (L2) Ford Transit tipper van fitted with a high-sided waste cage. Its loose material volume capacity sits between 10 to 12 cubic yards — ideal for the vast majority of domestic and commercial clearances across London.

Volume Pricing Plan — Light & Bulky Waste

This plan applies to general domestic items, office furniture, wood, plastics, and light green garden waste — essentially anything that takes up space without being excessively heavy. You pay by the portion of the cage your waste fills, keeping things simple, transparent and fair.

Heavy & Dense Waste — Weight Charging

Some materials are too dense to price by volume alone. When filling the cage with soil, bricks, or concrete, you'll reach our legal 1,000 kg payload limit when the cage is only around ¼ to ⅓ full.

To keep things safe, legal and honest, heavy waste is charged at a per-tonne rate:

£250 – £300 per tonne Applies to soil, hardcore, concrete, bricks and other dense materials

This prevents dangerous vehicle overloading and ensures your quote accurately reflects the true cost of disposal — no nasty surprises when we arrive.
